Learn to follow
I noticed the concept “learn to follow” when a.Tien briefly mentioned it at the connek conference few months ago. So I search about that on search engine.
Most of the results are about dancing techniques. It seems like an art. The follower learns to follow the leader and possibly, induces the leader 🙂
I also found one result relevant to leader and follower in professional leadership. The main points are the stages of mentoring in leadership. If the follower understands the stages then he/she can induce the leader accordingly.
My experience is that we should ask questions and talk about things we are interested in and develop a mentoring network.
